Crash when config file is missing #2

Running the app in a fresh directory throws a FileNotFoundError instead of falling back to defaults.

Steps

  1. mkdir /tmp/fresh
  2. cd /tmp/fresh
  3. hello-codehub

Expected

A helpful message and default config.

I can reproduce this on Linux. The config loader should catch ENOENT and use defaults.
