Architecture

The starter app is intentionally small:

1. src/index.ts is the entry point.
2. src/utils.ts holds pure helpers.
3. docs/ contains the longer guides.

Design rules

• Prefer small, testable functions.
• Keep output streaming-friendly.
• Every change ships with a test or a clear rationale.
